A Wyoming man who rescued a 14-year-old girl from a sex abuser was sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for 'kidnapping' him, while the pedophile received a similar sentence of 10 to 14 years. In April, Timothy J. Ott, 31, pleaded guilty to kidnapping Zackary Minard, 23, after a mother in Gillette discovered Minard in bed with her teenaged daughter. Last month, Ott was ordered to serve nine to 10 years in prison. District Judge Michael McGrady further ruled that the the 31-year-old must pay the abuser $1,065 in restitution.
