The details of The Office spinoff are starting to take shape with the news that White Lotus ' Sabrina Impacciatore, 56, and Domhnall Gleeson, 40, from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker have been cast, per The Hollywood Reporter. There's no news about what the updated take on creators Greg Daniels and Michael Koman's show is yet as details remain closely guarded. Last fall it was announced that the spinoff would not be a reboot of the wildly popular sitcom but instead be set in its universe. Daniels and Koman opened a production office in January and have been quietly putting together the moving parts ever since with the start of production rumored to be as soon as the fall. He then asked Koman to be the co-creator of the series, which is set in a world far from his original 2005 mockumentary.
