I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember and was so blessed to be given the platform that I have to share my passion of music for all these years. From making YouTube videos, singing on Kpop stages, to singing on my own TV show and creating music for other artists…it has all been an amazing journey and now I’m closing that chapter. Although it’s a choice I didn’t want to make but because of my vocal condition, it was time to pivot for the sake of my physical and mental health. Luckily, I found a new passion..and that is directing. What’s crazy is that it’s not too far from what I’ve been doing my whole life: storytelling with my music and acting. Now that I’m telling stories through visual narratives, I’m using my voice in a way that makes me feel even more alive than I ever thought it would. It’s crazy..! Having been in front of a camera my whole life.. to now going behind, it’s a humbling and exciting experience so far. I’m so excited to take you guys on a journey into this new chapter with me 💖🥹

16 yr old me: So did you make it? Me now: No…not yet 16 yr old me: That’s ok! Are you still singing and acting? Me now: Acting sometimes.. singing no.. 16 yr old me: oh why? Me now: I developed a vocal condition that causes me pain when I sing or talk 16 yr old me: I don’t understand.. what else can you do now? Me now: I use my voice in a different way now, by making movies!

I’m making a movie! This may be one of the most important and biggest projects of my new directing career and in my life!
