Manuel Turizo is showing that his fame isn't limited to one segment. After scoring multiple reggaeton hits including the winsome "Una Lady Como T" and Ozuna's opulent "Vaina Loca"), the Colombian singer's biggest global smash is an endearing bachata ballad. "La Bachata" is part of his latest album, on which he embraces the R&B, house, and merengue songs that grew up with. His breakthrough album debuted at No. 1 in the United States. Turizo had firmly established himself as an all-around Latin pop star on Billboard's Global 200 chart last October.
"I feel very happy!" Turizo is a fan of Zoom, according to MTV News in Spanish. "I feel like my work is just getting off." I still have a ways to go, but I'm glad to know that I'm doing what I love."
