Harry Connick Jr., the father of actor and singer Harry Connick Jr. and New Orleans district attorney Harry Connick Sr., has died at the age of 97. Connick died 'peacefully' at his New Orleans home on Thursday. According to an obituary shared by Connick Jr.'s publicist, he was surrounded by family, including the Independence Day actor, 56, daughter Suzanna, and his mother, Londa. A cause of death has yet to be announced.
