Rodgers' Jets lost to the Cleveland Browns 21-16, but some starters remained in street clothes on the sidelines, including New York's starting quarterback Drew Drew. No problem. The Thursday-night matchup at NBC Sports reported on Monday that it attracted 6.3 million viewers, more than the NBA average during the playoffs. Rodgers remained active in the preseason opener, donning the headset as backup and former Jets starter Zach Wilson took over quarterback duties against Cleveland. In fact, Rodgers suggested a particular play call to offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hacket, which culminated in Wilson's 57-yard completion to Malik Taylor.
