The under pressure manager will be without five defenders for the Premier League clash as he seeks to avoid a third straight defeat at home in the top flight. Left-backs Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw will miss the match, as will centre-backs Harry Maguire and Leny Yoro.

The move would see them re-sign a former player who left the club in only the summer, having initially joined in the youth academy but failing to feature for the first team. The 21-year-old joined United in September 2020 from Real Madrid, signing a foul-year deal and going onto enjoy loan spells at the likes of Preston and Benfica.
