Kyle Farmer of Minnesota had to have his teeth realigned in surgery to also suture together lacerations on his lower lip after being struck by a 92 mph fastball while the Twins played the White Sox on Wednesday. Lucas Giolito of Chicago, right, and White Sox general manager Rocco Baldelli said no fracture had been discovered after Giolito ran inside and knocked Farmer to the ground in the fourth inning. Giolito stepped forward from the mound out of fear for Farmer, who lay face down for a few minutes as the Twins tended to him.
