From weighing 82 kgs (nightmare for me🤢 Now have reached to 62kgs🥳 Journey had been very tough 🤯 Weight loss is not easy👀 Requires lot of hard work 🦾 Giving up your favourite food😪 Lots of mood swings😔 Irritation..hair loss ..skin sagging 😨 I guess I m looking my best with Weight loss.......i made my six packs in the kitchen..as they say..😇 It's true... .eating right is not a dieting I guess it should be a lifestyle 😕 Eating every two hours worked for me😍 Kept my metabolic rate working ..no customise food..No fancy diet. .same home food but SMALL portion 😇 #saturdaymotivation
