Kim Kold (born 25 August 1965) is a Danish actor and former bodybuilder.

He is best known for his role as Owen Shaw's crew member Klaus in Fast & Furious 6, being 6'4" (1.93 m) tall and weighing 320 lbs (155 kg).

Early life

Kold, a native of Copenhagen, appeared in 150 football matches as a goalkeeper in the lower leagues before suffering from an injury at the age of 27. He was sent to the gym for recovery training, where he discovered a keen interest in bodybuilding.

Career

Kold debuted in 1997. In 2006, he won the Danish National Bodybuilding Championship.

Kold was begged by his companion, film director Mads Matthiesen, to play the titular role in Matthiesen's short film Dennis (2007). The film was not widely distributed at the time, but Kold soon became well-known and made him a household name as an actor. When Matthiesen made Teddy Bear (2012), a feature-length adaptation of Dennis, he reprised the role of Dennis. He appeared in Fast & Furious 6 (2013), as well as a Polish short film Smoke (2015), based on the legend of Wawel Dragons. In 2016, he appeared in Star Trek Beyond and the film 6 Underground in addition to the film 8 Underground.
