After failing to pay his rent for February, Wendy Williams' son was served with an eviction notice from his lavish Miami apartment. According to court records obtained by Page Six, Kevin Hunter Jr., 29, the son of Williams, 59, and her ex-husband Kevin Hunter owes his house more than $397.08 in back rent.
