Jessica Jade Elguindy has been charged with engaging in a relationship with an inmate, accessing/modifying restricted computer data and misconduct as the holder of a public office. The 25-year-old (left) is an administrative assistant with Corrective Services NSW and according to an online profile has been employed by the department for the past six years. Her father Walid 'Wally' Elguindy (right) has worked in the prison system for 30 years and is general manager of strategic population management.

Terry Procter, the spokesperson of Mainland Cheese, has died at the age of 84. This week, Charlie Procter, his son, confirmed the sad news to Stuff New Zealand. Terry appeared in the TV commercials for Mainland Cheese for years alongside late co-star and close friend Kevin Corcoran, who died in 2012 at the age of 78.

After failing attempts to inspect NSW prisons, United Nation inspectors have returned home to New York. According to them, the states' refusal to cooperate is a "clear breach" of their obligations.
