The 33% Percent rule… 33% of the time you will feel great. These are the days where you will feel like the killer you are training to be. All facets of athleticism will fire on all cylinders and you’ll see and feel the results of your hard work being fulfilled. Another 33% of the time you will feel the burdens of a rigorous training camp but still perform at an optimal level putting together your physical and mental focus in sync, you can and will achieve desired nervous system stimulus. But, the other 33% you will feel like dog shit. (Excuse the French) These are the days I like to put my spirit to test. The days when you don’t feel like getting up from bed. Days when you are dragging, or what I like to call , dragging ass lol If it’s 20% you got to give then you better give 101% of that 20% you have to give, there’s no shame in that. Be proud that you did. I know I am. How many can relate 🙋‍♂️ And can you Guess which 33% percent of this process did I feel today? 😆 #OnAmission4Gold
