Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard, (inset), threw a party for her suburban Chicago town, spending $50,000 in taxpayers' money to cover 60 minutes of performances and more than $35,000 on activities, equipment and staff. She spent $30,000 on R&B artist Keke Wyatt (left) and $6,600 on bounce houses (right).
