Kathryn Beaumont (born June 27, 1938) is an English actor, singer, and school mentor.
Alice in Wonderland (1951) and Wendy Darling in Peter Pan (1953), for which she was named a Disney Legend in 1998, she is best known for delivering Disney animated films with the voices of both Alice in Alice (1951) and Wendy Darling in Peter Pan (1953).
After seeing the film On an Island with You (1948), in which she played a small part, Walt Disney personally cast Beaumont.

Early life
Kathryn Beaumont was born in London on June 27th 1938, she was born to Evelyn and Kenneth Beaumont. Her mother was a professional dancer, while her father, a singer, was a performer.
Personal life
Beaumont graduated from high school and enrolled at the University of Southern California, where she earned a degree in education after finishing Peter Pan. Beaumont taught elementary school in Los Angeles for 36 years after graduating from college.
Allan Levine, Beaumont's husband, has been married to Beaumont since 1985.
She is the last remaining cast member of It Happened One Sunday (1944) and Alice in Wonderland (1951).
Career
Beaumont made her film debut in It Happened One Sunday (1944), which attracted attention from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, who gave her a contract. "MGM was planning to have films with British characters and British-style tales," she said. However, they may have discarded the theory because they brought me over and put me under control, but nothing happened." Despite this, she did appear in MGM's On an Island with You (1948), where she did a Jimmy Durante impression in front of Durante's character, The Secret Garden (1949) and Challenge to Lassie (1949).
Walt Disney Pictures began auditioning teenage British actresses to play Alice in their animated version of Alice in Wonderland (1951). Beaumont auditioned and was offered the opportunity to assist under voice director Winston Hibler. Wendy Darling was later cast in her next film, Peter Pan (1953). Beaumont, in addition to being the character's voice for both characters for live-action reference to assist the animators, served as the performance model for both characters. Beaumont was suspended in the air to simulate flight when performing as Wendy, but Beaumont was afraid of heights. After seeing the film, On an Island with You, Walt Disney personally cast Beaumont.
