After serving as GSK's finance chief for nearly four years, Iain Mackay, 60, will be retiring next year. The change comes after GSK's large customer market, Haleon, was dispersed to concentrate on prescription drugs and vaccines. Brown, who is also 60, will join GSK in April and begin to work in May.
