The Coroners Court heard on Tuesday that Joshua Moore (inset, top) drank a Carlton Dry beer before colliding with Senior Constable Bria Joyce's unmarked police vehicle (left and right) on Kulkyne Way in Red Cliffs Victoria on April 8 last year. Both men were killed in the crash. Mr Moore's ex-partner pleaded guilty to the court that he was "one of the worst drivers" she had ever seen who had been in a lot of auto accidents. Mr Moore's blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent as a result of his accident, and the use of a cell phone not long before it was causing him to veer to the wrong side of the road prior to the deadly collision (inset, bottom).
