Actor Joshua Malina's spouse of almost 28 years, Melissa Merwin, has filed for divorce. Merwin in legal docs said that 'irreconcilable differences' were the cause of her split from Malina, 58, TMZ reported Monday after reviewing docs in the case. Merwin had been wed to Malina, a native of New York City , since December of 1996. She didn't list a separation date on their split, according to the outlet.
