The Ramsey family, who bought the Boulder, Colorado, mansion in 1991 for $500,000, never spent another night there after their daughter was discovered dead in the house's basement. They finally sold in 1998 to a group of investors, who eventually sold the company in 1998. Tim and Carol Milner are the current owners of Hour of Power - Carol Milner is the niece of Hour of Power televangelist Robert H. Schuller's daughter. In 2004, they paid less than $1 million for it. JonBenet was killed on Dec. 26, 1996, bruised and strangled, but her mother called 911 to announce that her daughter was missing and that a ransom note had been left behind. Her death was declared a murder but no one was ever charged.
