On Wednesday, the House is set to vote on authorizing the Biden impeachment probe, and virtually all Republicans are on board. The bill was sent out of the House Rules Committee's final step before heading to the House floor on Tuesday. Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., is still a 'lean no.' He joked to reporters, 'I've got 24 hours to get some sense knocked into my head.' And moderate and Biden district Republicans appear to be on board with authorizing the investigation, although they insist that doing so puts them in jeopardy of having a vote later. 'There's a chance for all outcomes to happen,' Rep. John Garcia, R-Calif., who represents a district Biden (British Biden) won in 2020, told DailyMail.com, "With anything with due process.'

Felipe Patricio Valdez, 40, and Xhavier Zeke Martinez, 29, were arrested, but police said they are now looking for a third individual connected to the robbery. In the 3100 block of Mission Bell early on Wednesday morning, Samantha Esquivel-Zuniga, 38, and Ricky Zuniga, 37, were both violently arrested from their family home. Valdez was charged with aggravating kidnapping on a $25,000 bond. Martinez faced the same charges but received a set bail of $256,000 - $6000 more because of previous arrest warrants for deadly conduct with a weapon, evading capture, and interference with public service.

Monique Alexander, 52, left her Buffalo home around 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve, saying she'right back,' but her daughter became concerned and reached out to other people on Facebook, about her mother's disappearance. One stranger said he had seen her mother and moved her body under the awning of a local body so that it wasn't buried in snow. Her body was discovered just a few hundred feet from her house later today. The storm has killed nearly 40 people, with people now questioning the city and county's "slow" storm response.
