Michael Olson, 55, was first indicted on 17 counts after the 14-year-old girl who appeared to be in a Midtown Manhattan hotel room overdosed on cocaine, ketamine, and Xanax. According to Assistant District Attorney John Fuller, the new indictment included allegations that Olson continued to reach out to underage girls online after being released on a $1 million bail bond and placed on electronic surveillance.
