Around 5 p.m. on Thursday, a pedestrian was shot by a vehicle in Capitol Heights, only ten miles from Washington, DC, and the terror began around 5 p.m. A man and a 15-year-old man were killed by a car in nearby Landover ten minutes later. Witnesses said the woman jumped out of her vehicle and stabbed the teen, leaving them with critical injuries. The guy sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Stallings-Brown recovered to Capitol Heights after those first two attacks, leaving him with non-life threatening injuries. Another man was struck by the same black Chevrolet Malibu that cops use to locate and arrest Stallings-Brown within minutes. A man was stabbed at a gas station in Lanham an hour later after the criminal hails a taxi and assaulted the driver right after getting inside the car, according to investigators.
