Joanne McFarlane (née Bailey), also known as Jo Stanley, is an Australian television and radio presenter and comedian. Stanley was a host of Jo & Lehmo on Gold 104.3 from 2016 to 2017.

Stanley began her radio career on Fox FM with Jodie J Hill on Sunday Nights. With a program called Jodie & Jodie, Jodie and Jodie then progressed to mornings on Fox FM, which attracted a large audience. Stanley was appointed host of Weekend Breakfast in January 2014.
