After the play-caller packed his bags for Philadelphia, Jalen Ramsey spoke adamantly about how Fangio 'misused' the defense in Miami last season. The unpleasant reviews also came after the team released Xavien Howard, who Ramsey hailed as the 'best cornerback in Dolphins history.' On Tuesday, Holland did not mince his words while describing the difference between Fangio and new DC Anthony Weaver. During a media scrum, Holland emphasized that the defense made 'a complete 180' with Weaver at the helm.

According to reports, the league made the decision to prohibit the tackle at the owners' meetings and fine players who break the new transfer next season. According to NFL executive Jeff Miller, the method of attacking, in which a defensive player starts from behind and becomes dead weight while falling to the ground, onto the attacker's legs, puts the player at a 25-fold risk of injury. However, despite the NFL's boast that it has made the call in the best interest of its players, several former and existing players retaliated.

Jevon Holland helped the Miami Dolphins win by 34-13 with his 99-yard touchdown against the New York Jets on Friday. The 23-year-old safety company's spectacular full-field success culminated in electronics giant TCL giving away $1 million worth of 98-inch TV sets. The giveaway was part of a preseason gameday promotion called 'Ultimate Gameday Upgrade,' in which TCL was promising to honor players if they had a touchdown from at least 98 yards in Week 12. Holland became a TCL spokeswoman after beating the minimum by a yard and was also given one of the televisions.
