West Ham have unveiled ambitious redevelopment plans for their award-winning Foundation headquarters, with the transformation set to generate £75million in social revenue. The £4.1m state-of-the-art project, which is set to be completed in Spring 2025, will see the footprint of the current building treble, allowing the club to serve thousands of children, young people, adults, families, elderly residents and hard-to-reach groups and individuals. The site promises to deliver a thriving Hub and safe space which is accessible and open to everyone, with the club set to double the 2,000 weekly participant footfall in the process.

KATHRYN BATTE AT SELHURST PARK: Julen Lopetegui had said it would take time for West Ham's eight summer signings to settle in east London. When the team news came out at Selhurst Park, there was no doubt disappointment in the away end to see an unchanged starting XI from the opening day defeat by Aston Villa - with Max Kilman and Guido Rodriguez the only new arrivals in the line-up. But by full-time they could perhaps appreciate Lopetegui's slow and steady approach. Dani Dyer 's whirlwind summer break continued on Tuesday as she unwound in Portugal with footballer fiancé Jarrod Bowen and their children. The former Love Island winner has travelled to the Algarve with Bowen, 14-month old twins Summer and Star, and son Santiago, three - Dani's child with ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence. And Dani, 27, admitted July had been a 'special month' after watching Bowen represent England at the European Championships in Germany before his surprise marriage proposal and summer break on the Portuguese coast.

The professional footballer, 27, who proposed to Dani, also 27, during a lavish yacht trip, shared several sweet snaps of the pair with their children.  In one family snap, Dani looked gorgeous as she beamed while taking a selfie with her twin daughters Summer and Star and Jarrod during their vacation.
