Joe and Serena Wailes (left) are suing Jefferson County Public Schools after their 11-year-old daughter was allegedly made to sleep in a bed with a biological boy during a Governor's Ranch Elementary School (right) field trip to Washington DC. Since the incident in June 2023, two other Jefferson County families have come forward with similar concerns. The three families are now suing the district for allegedly violating their constitutional right to 'decide the upbringing, education, and healthcare of their children', according to the court filing obtained by DailyMail.com. The complaint further alleges the district's policies have violated the parents' religious beliefs.

Netflix fans are thrilled as Succession star's 'gem of horror film' lands on the streaming service and have already branded 'unsettling and gruesome' movie as 'too scary to watch with the lights off'. The gory horror, stars Brian Cox and is directed by Norwegian director André Øvredal, known for Trollhunter and was originally released in cinemas in 2016.  But the film has now landed on Netflix and fans of The Autopsy of Jane Doe couldn't be happier. 

A Texas man was arrested when the Royal Caribbean cruise ship he was on docked in Fort Lauderdale, accused of raping a young woman he met on board. Juan Campos, 28, is accused of raping a 20-year-old woman on August 28, midway through the Freedom of the Seas vacation. The woman accused Campos of penetrating her with an unknown object and trying to force her into performing oral sex.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, had been traveling on the Carnival Miracle with a friend and her family on a round trip from Tampa, stopping at Grand Cayman, Isla Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel. Carnival filed several post-trial motions, but now Judge Kathleen Williams denied their attempts to overturn the jury verdict. Judge Williams ruled that the company had to pay an extra $2million in interest after dragging the case on for another two years - bringing the total to $12,367,229.90.

A California man, known as the ' Tesla road rage guy,' who was jailed last year for a string of road rage incidents that left many of its female drivers terrorized - could soon be released.

The parents say Brighton High School, in the Denver suburbs, helped the anxious and depressed teen transition without notifying them. A counselor even connected the girl to a therapist, who was themselves trans, and suggested the girl take cross-sex hormones and have her breasts surgically removed. 'It happened all in secret, for months and months without our clients knowing,' says the couple's lawyer Eric Sell, from the conservative Center For American Liberty.

It can now be reported that one of those cases involves the claim of rape at a hotel in Florida. In legal submissions to a circuit court in Broward County, and seen by Mail Sport, the complaint, named as 'Jane Doe' to protect her identity, claims the incident occurred when Reider asked her to watch a movie with him in his room during a training camp. Reider, who strongly refutes the allegation in a defence supplied to the court, is then accused of 'touching her and eventually proceeded to penetrate her'. Jane Doe, who had recently turned 18 at the time of the alleged rape, is said in the papers to have been 'shocked and distraught during and after the ordeal'.

David was accused of inflicting 'severe sexual harassment and assault, including rape' to a former staffer, referred to in court as Jane Doe, from February 2016 to April 2019.

On Thursday, the billionaire media mogul, 56, went on an explosive posting spree on Instagram and repeatedly said 'there is no $900 million order' against him. Gary Dordick, the lawyer representing Jane Doe, told the DailyMail.com that David's claims on social media are false and that there is '100% no question' he was ordered to pay for his actions.

The court was told that the door to his company's human resources department was emblazoned with a pornographic image captioned 'HER-ASS', and that staff referred darkly to one office at his California HQ as the 'rape room'. David was previously ordered to pay staffer Lauren Reeves (inset) $5 million after she also accused him of assault.

Tremaine Deon Carroll, 51, has been moved to a men's prison as he faces two charges of rape and one of 'dissuading a witness from testifying,' as first reported by feminist news site Reduxx. One of Carroll's alleged victims, Jane Doe, says she was attacked and raped at the shower at  the Central California Women's Facility in Chowchilla, some 150 miles southeast of San Francisco. The criminal complaint also mentions a second unnamed alleged victim. Carroll is now at the male-only facility Valley State Prison in Delano.

NYPD detectives have identified a previously-unknown murder victim whose body was discovered in 2003 and dubbed the 'Midtown Jane Doe'. After 21 years of exhaustive detective work, assisted by ever-developing forensic techniques, Detective Ryan Glas of the Cold Case Squad got a positive ID confirming the victim was Patricia McGlone. However, the killer is still unknown, with the identification hopefully giving rise to new details in the case. Though Patricia's body was only discovered in the 2000s, it is suspected that she had been dead for over 30 years by then.
