Dabney Coleman , the character actor who starred in such popular films as 9 To 5, Tootsie and On Golden Pond and the cult TV classic Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, has died at the age of 92. Coleman passed away at his home in the Santa Monica neighborhood of Los Angeles on Thursday, his daughter Quincy Coleman confirmed with the Associated Press. 'My father crafted his time here on Earth with a curious mind, a generous heart and a soul on fire with passion, desire and humor that tickled the funny bone of humanity,' she said in a statement, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter . 'As he lived, he moved through this final act of his life with elegance, excellence and mastery,' she added. As news of his death spread a number of celebrities felt the need to share some high praise for the actor and his craft whose career stretched over six decades with about an equal amount of acting credits in both film and television.

Tamia Woods, his mother, is speaking out to warn families of the new internet dangers that have arisen. According to her, the teen received 200 messages in less than 20 hours requesting money or else the sextortionists would reveal James' pictures. According to the FBI, at least 12,600 people, mainly boys, were killed between October 2021 and March 2023.

WARNING: Andreas Probst, 64, was fatally injured while cycling in northwest Las Vegas on August 14, where he had resigned as the police chief of Bell, California, in 2009. The 17-year-old driver, whose name was not released by police due to his age, was arrested shortly after the accident and taken to the Juvenile Detention Center soon after.
