A coroner has sent an alert after a five-year-old man suffocated after inserting his head into a helium balloon in an attempt to delight his nieces. On June 29, Noah Donaghey (pictured), was playing in the garden of his family's house in Dunston, Tyne and Wear, before being discovered unconscious in the living room ten minutes later. His mother Lisa said her son was trying to scale into the dinosaur balloon, which was 'the same size as him,' to wear as a costume to surprise his family, but he tragically died in hospital six days later. Assistant coroner James Thompson said the death was "every parent's nightmare" and that he would write to public health to see what can be done to raise money.

Austin Thompson, 15, murdered his older brother, James Thompson, who died at the age of 16 years old, as well as his neighbor Nicole Connors first. He is now accused of firing Susan Karnatz, 49, Mary Marshall, 35, and off-duty police officer Gabriel Torres, 29. Austin is in critical condition at WakeMed Health and Hospitals in Raleigh, according to Chief Estella Patterson. If Thompson survives, she hopes that he will be charged as an adult. If Thompson lives, he will be charged as an adult, with a neighbor describing him as a strange boy who will stroll the streets of his neighborhood carrying a book bag at 4:30 a.m.
