According to a possible cause affidavit arising from the MMA star's recent detention in Michigan, former UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill's suspected assault on his brother was so brutal that he knocked out his sibling's tooth. According to TMZ, James Hill Jr.m, the suspected perpetrator, told investigators at a Kentwood, Michigan hospital that Jamahal assaulted him on November 25. According to reports, the UFC fighter knocked down his brother twice, each time using only a single punch, and when the fight was over, James was missing a tooth and had a swollen' left eye. Last week, the 32-year-old was charged with one count of misdemeanor aggravated assault. Officials charge that he assaulted his brother James Anthony Hill Jr. and inflicted'serious or aggravated injury on him,' according to legal records.' Jamahal, a UFC lightweight champion who had been holding the title for less than six months before vacating it due to injury in July, was arrested at a Kent County jail about 1 a.m. local time on November 27 and released later that evening at 7:35 p.m. local time.
