Allen Todd May, 58, was arrested by US Marshals on Tuesday from a $1.5 million home after an anonymous tipster told them he was living a luxury lifestyle in the Fort Lauderdale area under the false name Jacob Turner. He was wearing a Rolex watch and driving a Mercedes worth about $125,000 when Marshals arrested him, according to his family. In 2012, May, who also went by Alan May, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for stealing $6.8 million through a Ponzi scheme.
