Ingo Rademacher lost his appeal against ABC in December 2021 after refusing to get COVID-19 vaccinations. Since joining other studios in enforcing vaccination guidelines to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the 52-year-old German-Australian actor sued the network arguing that it refused to accommodate his religious convictions. According to an article by The Hollywood Reporter, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephen Goorvitch issued a brief order on Monday giving summary judgment in favor of ABC's parent company Disney.
