Former Watford and Scotland star Ikechi Anya and his mum were home when two men broke into a property in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, his brother has revealed. One of the watches stolen last Friday was a Chopard Classic Racing Superfast with the Watford FC badge and 'April 2015' engraved on it - marking the year and month of the club's promotion to English football's top flight that year. A woman in her 60s - believed to be Ikechi's mother - suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment, police said. Ikechi's brother Chima Anya linked to a police appeal over the incident on X, formerly Twitter , identifying the pair as the victims.
