Hiroiki Ariyoshi (, Ariyoshi Hiroiki, born 31 May 1974) is a Japanese comedian and singer who is represented by Ohta Production.
Ariyoshi, a born in Aki District, Hiroshima, Japan, formed the owarai duo Saruganseki with Kazunari Moriwaki in 1994. The pair became well-known on the variety television show Susume! When they were supposed to hitchhike around Asia, Denpa Shnen was filmed for six months. They were so popular when they returned that they even wrote a book about their travels that it became a best-seller. When they released a single, Shiroi kumo no ni, it debuted at number three on the Oricon charts, with the album debuting at number two. In 1997, the Japan Record Awards gave them a new artist award. Though they were earning 20 million yen ($170,000 in 1997 US dollars), their fame did not last long, and the pair broke up in 2004.

Solo career
Ariyoshi's income dropped to virtually nothing after his career fell. However, he began reappearing on television, now as a solo comedian known for his poison tongue. His career really started to recover around 2006, when he began giving famous celebrities mischievous nicknames on shows such as Ametalk (hosted by Ameagari Kesshitai). According to Oricon's 2009 public opinion poll, he was ranked as the year's most popular "comeback" celebrity. He was ranked as the top television celebrity by number of appearances in 2011. He now hosts and has hosted several television shows, including Ariyoshi AKB Kywakoku with AKB48 and Matsuko & Ariyoshi Karisome Tenkoku with Matsuko Deluxe, as well as London Hearts.
