Olivia Saxton (left) wanted to get her children out of the house, and so did four-year-old Harley Allen (pictured) and his sister Addie Saxton, three years old, to the Persimmon Homes-managed play park in Grove, Oxfordshire. When the trio arrived at the park at midday on March 14, the 24-year-old mother claims Harley rode over to play on the wooden rope bridge while helping Addie with the swing. However, moments later, she claims she heard Harley screaming and discovered him lying on the ground and holding the right side of his head. Ms Saxton says she tried to pick him up after running over him, but his eyes rolled to the back of his head as he collapsed and started foaming at the mouth.
