For Veganuary, Wagamama introduces a plant-based STEAK bulgogi made from mushrooms

The UK-based restaurant chain has introduced a new vegan'steak-like' dish that promises to have all the right taste as well as a modern meat-like appearance. In a sweet and salty amai miso sauce, the vegan'steak' bulgogi is a combination of udon noodles sautéed with aubergine and caramelized onion. The steak is however replaced by a smoky lion's mane mushroom drizzled with a hint of Korean barbecue sauce.
