New York Jets star Garrett Wilson tells Giants fan to 'shut up' after Malik Nabers criticism

September 28, 2024
New York Jets receiver Garrett Wilson shot down a critic of one of his local rivals. Giants rookie receiver Malik Nabers is coming off an impressive, but ultimately disappointing Week 4 loss to the rival Dallas Cowboys. The former LSU star played great, catching a dozen passes for 115 yards, but ended the night being diagnosed with a concussion. That head injury occurred in the waning stages of the fourth quarterback, when Nabers dove along the sidelines for a Daniel Jones pass. Although he initially appeared to make a brilliant catch, replays showed Nabers failing to secure the ball, leading to a turnover on downs. What's more, Nabers is seen landing on his head before struggling to get up and being helped to the locker room. He has since been diagnosed with the first concussion of his NFL career.
