Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce lost in the Turkish Super Lig for the first time this season on Saturday and the former Chelsea manager did not take the result well. Fenerbahce fell to a 3-1 defeatĀ at home by Istanbul rivals Galatasaray after strikes from Dries Mertens and Gabriel Sara, as well as a Dominik Livakovic own goal. Mourinho was in no mood to hang around following the full-time whistle and he decided to walk out of the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium without attending his post-game press conference.

After defeating Norwich City at Anfield, Liverpool cruised into the FA Cup fifth round. His team kept their hopes of a Wembley date with destiny intact just days after Jurgen Klopp revealed that he would leave the club at the end of the season. Curtis Jones made the breakthrough with a simple header before Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Virgil van Dijk, and Ryan Gravenberch discovered the back of the net for the first time. After Ben Gibson's first-half equalizer, the visitors briefly hoped to prevent a cup upset, but Gabriel Sara's thunderbolt was merely consolation. TARA ANSON-WALSH at CARROW ROAD: The atmosphere at a famous Norwich City fans' drinking hole was subdued today, but not because it was 10 o'clock on a cold and overcast Sunday morning. As one Norwich fan told Mail Sport, some early morning pints to 'numb the pain' appeared to be the order of the day for those wearing yellow and green at The Queen of Iceni, a stone's throw away from Carrow Road. The Canaries went into the match against Blackburn with just one win in their last eight league matches; nine if you include Fulham's knockout of the EFL Cup in the third round. They own the most goals against in the Championship, but they haven't won at home in over a month.

Preston defeated Norwich City unexpectedly on Saturday, taking their total score in 13 Championship games to seven goals, including three in an unexpectedly entertaining victory. In Manchester City's victory over Southampton, Haaland scored one more, taking his total number to 15 goals in nine Premier League games.

After Bristol City made it 3-2 in the 77th minute, Dean Smith's hosts had to hold the point, they were convinced that they should not have stayed.
