She expressed concern over just how chaotic and unorganized election day can be - and the many mistakes that could lead to improperly counted ballots.

The incident happened in Atlantic Beach at around 7pm close to the Doubletree Hotel pier. Footage shows the speeding boat heading towards the shore as beachgoers flee for cover. The vessel then comes to a quick stop and emergency services later arrived at the scene. There were seven people on board the boat and two suffered minor injuries following the harsh stop on the shore.
