One of the prospective buyers for the sprawling 49-hectare Bellagio La Villa property (pictured) at Tallebudgera on Queensland's Gold Coast is a large commercial medicinal cannabis business. It is one of four bidders registered ten days before the auction for the Gold Coast hinterland home, which is up for auction on February 25. In 2022, the house was listed for $49 million.
