Eddy Mitchell Life

* Claude Moine (French pronunciation: ?

[klod mwan] (born 3 July 1942), better known by his stage name Eddy Mitchell, is a French singer and actor. * He began his career in the late 1950s with the group Les Chaussettes Noires (The Black Socks), borrowing his name from American expatriate tough-guy actor Eddie Constantine (later the star of Jean-Luc Godard's Alphaville) and Mitchell simply for being American. *The band performed at the Parisian nightclub Golf-Drouot before deciding to Barclay Records and seeing immediate success; in 1961, the band sold two million records. Mitchell (who went solo in 1963) has performed regularly outside of France, beginning in London but later in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. Big Jim Sullivan and Jimmy Page, as well as drummer Bobby Graham, were among the British session players who regularly supported him in London. On FR3, he used session men such as Roger Hawkins, David Hood, Jimmy Johnson, Kenneth Buttrey, Kenneth Buttrey, Reggie Young, Charlie McCoy, and others. * Its format was similar to an old-fashioned double-feature picture show, with two films, cartoons, newsreels, and stage attractions. The name was taken from one of Mitchell's albums, which then took it from the French name of the film The Last Picture Show. In the French version of Rock-a-Doodle, he is also the voice of Dylan (Flappy) and the voice of Chanticleer.
