Europe's largest commercial radio company is preparing for a court battle with the council over its claims performers outside its offices are causing a 'nuisance'. Global Radio, which counts Heart, Capital, Radio X, Classic FM, Smooth and LBC among its stations, alleges the council has failed to properly enforce busking rules in the area. ITV has snapped up two huge Disney shows in a landmark streaming deal, it was revealed on Thursday. The  Reform UK MP for Ashfield, who lost the Tory whip for his comments  about Sadiq Khan being 'controlled by Islamists', took to X to share a message to mark England's national day.
