A number of major London office blocks costing more than £300million each have recently been put up for sale at the same time. The four buildings have hit the market at a time where deals have been extremely rare due to rising interest rates and continuous uncertainty about working from home. London-based landlord Almacantar is trying to sell Shell's headquarters - One Southbank Place (bottom right) - for £400 million. The Can of Ham building (bottom left) - on 70 St Mary Axe in the City of London - is being offered for £320miillion by Nuveen, which invests the pensions of American teachers. In West London, Chinese developer C C Land has brought in agents to sell One Kingdom Street in Paddington, which it hopes to offload for £300million (top left). But the most expensive building of the four is Citypoint in the heart of the City (bottom right). Canadian investor Brookfield, which owns half of Canary Wharf Group, is seeking offers of at least £500million.

Harrison Ford told the story of how Jimmy Buffett, who passed away in September, inspired him to pierce his ear on Saturday during a tribute event in Los Angeles.  The 81-year-old actor took the stage at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday during a concert called Keep the Party Going: A Tribute to Jimmy Buffett. 'I remember a long - some might say 'boozy' - lunch with Jimmy and Ed Bradley, and it was Bradley's birthday. I saw both of them had earrings. So right after lunch, I got my ear pierced,' Ford remembered fondly.
