Days of Our Lives star Drake Hogestyn's death certificate has been released - 11 days after his passing from pancreatic cancer the day before his 71st birthday. The LA Medical Examiner's report states pancreatic cancer was the John Black actor's immediate cause of death, with o ther significant conditions contributing to his death included vomiting, dehydration, and whole-body toxicity.
