Demand has been so great for tickets, the legendary Aussie rockers have added six more shows to their already extensive national tour. The tour announced on Wednesday will commence in October with the hitmakers playing through November.

Legendary rock band Cold Chisel have reunited to celebrate their 50th anniversary, announcing an Australia-wide tour. On Wednesday, the Aussie music group thrilled fans when they revealed they'd be touring nationally in October and November. Dubbed 'The Big Five-0' tour, frontman Jimmy Barnes joins forces with bandmates Ian Moss, Phil Small and Don Walker for 11 shows across the country.

Louis Tillett, a veteran Australian rocker, died at the age of 64. Tillett, who is best known for his solo venture and his band, the Wet Taxis, was much admired among Sydney's burgeoning independent music scene in the 1980s and 1990s. On Sunday, Tillett's passing was announced to followers on his official Facebook, when it was revealed that the talented musician wanted to leave his body to science.
