Don Saladino, who has trained stars such as Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman , appeared on a popular weightlifting podcast where he was quizzed about the murky world of steroid use in Hollywood. There have been rumors for years that film studios know about and even encourage the use of the drugs, helping to connect stars with dealers - said host Dr Mike Israetel. But Saladino denied this was the case, stating: 'What frustrates me... is people think because someone is at a certain level, they have to be taking something.' He did admit, however, that stars come in with unrealistic expectations, such as wanting to be jacked in two weeks, which can't be done naturally.
