In the Volcanoes National Park, northwest Rwanda, a group of seven tourists is shown sitting down next to park rangers when the large male ape steps toward them. One tourist can be seen quickly escaping from the gorilla's path, missing him by mere inches, just inches before the silverback scales up the hill and into the deep undergrowth, making deep rumbling sounds - a sign of contentment. The stunned visitors, who were overcome with what they just witnessed, erupted with wonder, but one can be heard saying, "Oh my god." In another clip, the silverback mountain gorilla, named Lisanga, is seen wandering back to the tourists and posing for photographs.
