Chelsea Hardin, 32, of Hawaii, competed for the Miss USA 2016 pageant for four months before being named first runner-up to Deshauna Barber of the District of Columbia. The fitness coach outlined the TikTok contest by posting a snapshot of her strutting down the stage in a skimpy white bikini and nude platform stilettos. Hardin explained that she did three things in order to lose body fat and tone up for the pageant.
