On Monday, John Bonafede (left) filed the complaint against the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), 14 years after he attended Marina Abramovic's performance piece at the historic museum. As a result, the nude artist claims he was groped seven times by five older guys while performing the work called Imponderabilia, where Bonafede stood naked 18 inches from a nude woman while New Yorkers squeezed past them. The assaults were 'eerily close,' according to Bonafide, with each older man turning to confront the artist before handing over their hand and "fondling and groping" his genitalia.
