The cereal giant is suing the band for using an almost identical name for its latest grab-and-goal milk-free version. OK Go, the most well-known for a 2006 viral music video in which they performed a dance routine on treadmills, previously worked with Post on a commercial for its popular Honey Bunches of Oats cereal. The band's lead singer Damian Kulash called the lawsuit 'corporate bullying'
