The tights, which are made in Italy , are advertised on the brand's website as 'technical knit' with a 'destroyed effect and contrasted double fabric. Several holes are cut into the both of the leggings of the tights, which are available in both black and light beige.

According to a summons from the Manhattan Supreme Court, accused North Six and Des Jardins deliberately included the judicial information in the ad without alerting its employees.
